They are called Baru ( almendra chiquitana in bolivia) which is a highly nutritious legume from my part of the world. It is actually a vulnerable species but you can get your hands on sustainable baru in Bolivia, which is where I got it from. Yummers!

A new process to transfer waste textile into a reusable item - this time on a industrial scale. A great project, based in Bangladesh, where there is no waste management system and much of their textile waste get shipped to landfill in China or is burnt.
Developing projects around sweatshops and waste textiles are two of the central issues at the heart of Ethics Girls and we welcome the idea of scaling up solutions to these huge problems
